Procter & Gamble Hygiene and Health Care Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Mohit Pradhan as Vice President and Category Leader for Feminine Hygiene Business, effective August 1, 2026.
Mr. Mohit Pradhan brings two decades of experience at Procter & Gamble, having held various senior leadership roles across Asia-Pacific, India, Middle East, and Africa regions. His experience spans general management, commercial strategy, sales leadership, go-to-market transformation, and customer development. Most recently, he served as Vice President and General Manager for P&G Indonesia, responsible for business performance, growth, organizational capability, and external stakeholder partnerships. Mr. Pradhan started his career at P&G as a summer intern and holds an MBA from Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and an engineering degree from Marine Engineering & Research Institute Kolkata.
Outgoing Executive Transition
Mr. Girish Kalyanaraman will be stepping down from his role at Procter & Gamble Hygiene and Health Care Limited effective closure of business hours on June 30, 2026. His departure is due to a change in assignment at P&G effective July 1, 2026, which means he will no longer serve as category leader for feminine hygiene business and will consequently no longer be part of the company's senior management team.
