Pace Digitek Limited received a Letter of Acceptance from NTPC Limited worth ₹4,945.4 Million (excl. GST) for BESS implementation at Nabinagar Super Thermal Power Station.
The EPC contract covers ex-works supply, civil/structural installation, testing, commissioning, and comprehensive annual maintenance for the entire design life of the BESS system.
Ex-works supply and services are to be executed within 15 months, while comprehensive annual maintenance spans 11 years; no related-party interest is involved.
