Pace Digitek Wins Rs 7,099 Million NLC India BESS Contract

Pace Digitek received a Rs 7,099.19 million turnkey contract from NLC India Renewables for a 250MW/500MWh Battery Energy Storage System.
The domestic contract includes comprehensive design, supply, erection, and commissioning at three substations in Tamil Nadu.
The agreement includes a 12-year Operation & Maintenance commitment from the project's commercial operation declaration date.
The disclosure is made pursuant to SEBI LODR Regulation 30, confirming no promoter group interest or related party transaction.
