Paisalo Digital Limited submitted a disclosure pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, announcing it has entered a Memorandum of Understanding with LoanKhata for a proposed co-lending partnership.

The partnership involves establishing a co-lending facility aggregating up to ₹1,000 crore. The proposed participation structure envisages Paisalo funding 80% and LoanKhata funding 20% of each eligible loan. The facility will focus on Micro-enterprises and MSME borrowers.

This partnership supports Paisalo's three-year strategic roadmap aimed at doubling AUM, total income and PAT while preserving asset quality. The company is advancing on this growth strategy through expanded distribution and partnership-driven expansion.

The partnership combines Paisalo's existing network of 5,995 touchpoints (comprising 424 branches, 3,997 distribution points and 1,574 business correspondents across 23 states) with LoanKhata's ecosystem of 1,00,000+ retailers with CSP registration and access to a customer base of over 90 million.

According to Santanu Agarwal, Deputy Managing Director of Paisalo Digital Limited, the partnership represents "an important milestone" in the company's journey to scale faster but scale responsibly. The objective is to grow through deeper distribution, technology-led operating leverage, disciplined underwriting and pristine asset quality.

The strategic rationale includes supporting Paisalo's 2x growth ambition, expanded last-mile reach, stronger borrower acquisition across semi-urban and rural India, enhanced MSME and micro-enterprise lending capacity, asset-light distribution scale, and maintenance of pristine asset quality focus.

The disclosure was submitted to both BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited for information and record.
