Paisalo Digital Limited submitted a regulatory disclosure under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, announcing the successful completion of its first Non-Convertible Debenture (NCD) issuance.

The company's first series of NCDs, aggregating ₹300 crore, has been fully subscribed ahead of schedule. The issue comprised a base size of ₹150 crore with an additional ₹150 crore green shoe option.

The NCD issue opened on August 7, 2026, and was originally scheduled to close on August 20, 2026. Due to strong investor participation and achieving full subscription ahead of schedule, the company decided to exercise the option for early closure and closed the issue on August 17, 2026.

This ₹300 crore issuance represents the first tranche under the company's approved ₹900 crore NCD programme. The successful subscription is described as a significant milestone in Paisalo's efforts to diversify and strengthen its funding profile.

According to Santanu Agarwal, Deputy Managing Director, the response reflects growing investor confidence in Paisalo's business model, governance standards, and long-term growth strategy. Strengthening and diversifying the liability franchise is noted as a key strategic priority as the company continues to scale lending operations and deepen reach across underserved segments of the economy.

The company is described as a leading NBFC focused on expanding formal credit access to MSMEs, micro-enterprises, and underserved borrowers across India, with a network of 5,995 touch points across 23 states and union territories.
