Paisalo Digital Limited has made a regulatory disclosure to BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited regarding the redemption of certain debt instruments.
The company has redeemed 94 Unlisted, Unsecured, 12% Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of Series PDL-09-2021. Each NCD had a face value of ₹1,00,00,000 (₹1 crore). The redemption was executed at par value, with full and final payment made on the redemption date of September 16, 2026.
The redemption was conducted in accordance with the respective terms of issue for these instruments. This disclosure is made pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
