- Started career in cashew industry in 1991 with Vinalimex, the Vietnamese government-authorized body for controlling and regulating Vietnam's cashew sector
- Established himself as one of the first generation of cashew professionals in Vietnam
- In 1994, established a cashew brokerage and trading enterprise dealing in raw cashew seed and kernel
- In 2000, founded Long Son Joint Stock Company, which has grown to become the largest cashew processor in the world
- Long Son exports approximately 170 containers of cashew per month to global markets
- In 2021, appointed Chairman of the Binh Phuoc Cashew Association - a region that processes 70% of Vietnam's total cashew exports
- Internationally acclaimed for the quality and performance of cashew kernel
- Has three decades of experience in the cashew industry
