Pakka Limited Board Meeting Rescheduled to April 7

Pakka Limited has rescheduled its Board Meeting to Tuesday, 7th April, 2026, from its earlier announced date.
The Board will consider fundraising via securities issuance and increase in Authorised Share Capital of the company.
An EGM will be convened to obtain shareholder approvals for the capital structure changes proposed by the Board.
