Pakka Limited received UP Cabinet approval for a Letter of Comfort for ₹224.47 crore fiscal incentives under UP Industrial Investment and Employment Promotion Policy, 2022.
The LOC pertains to the company's 'Jagriti Project' and was distributed at the Nivesh Mitra 3.0 launch event on 24th March, 2026 in Lucknow.
Fiscal incentives will be disbursed over 15 years from the date of commercial production of the Jagriti Project.
