The Board will consider and approve two key agenda items:
- (Standalone) Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended on 30th June 2026
- (Consolidated) Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended on 30th June 2026
The company will declare the results on 10th August 2026. Following the results declaration, the Trading Window for trading in securities of specified persons will remain closed until 12th August 2026.
