Overview
On August 4, 2026, PalTech announced that its employees dedicated three consecutive mornings to pack 1,000 school kits containing notebooks, stationery and other essential learning supplies for under‑privileged children in Hyderabad and nearby schools. The kits are currently being distributed, and a second phase is in progress to prepare an additional 800 kits.
CSR Initiative Details
The Headmistress of MPPS Anjaiah Nagar, P. Archana, praised the effort, stating that the school bags, notebooks and stationery have brought great joy to the children and highlighted the importance of basic learning materials at the start of the academic year. Co‑Founder and Director Shanthi Palreddy emphasized that the initiative reflects PalTech’s culture of employee participation rather than a one‑off campaign.
Additional Community Activities
Earlier in the year, PalTech staff volunteered at Marepally Government School in Nalgonda district, where they repainted classrooms, upgraded the campus and planted trees. The company also partnered with Seva Bharathi Telangana as the Platinum Sponsor and Technology Partner for the 10th edition of Run for a Girl Child, supporting girls’ education and empowerment. PalTech provided technology support for registrations and digital event operations, enabling a seamless experience for nearly 12,000 participants; the event was inaugurated by District Collector Harichandana Dasari and cricket legend Mithali Raj.
Employees further collaborated with Goonj on a clothing collection and distribution drive, promoting sustainable reuse and assisting families in rural communities. Senior Manager Santhosh Gongada noted that each activity, from packing kits to improving school spaces, offered visible, meaningful impact.
