Public Notice: 44th Annual General Meeting

The 44th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Members of the Company will be held on Monday, August 24, 2026 at 11:30 A.M. IST through Video Conference (VC)/Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM).

Record Date for Dividend and Payment thereof

The Company has fixed Monday, August 17, 2026, as the Record Date for determining the Members eligible to receive dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, if declared at the AGM.

Manner of registering mandate for receiving Dividend

Members are requested to register/update:

  • Their complete bank details with the Depository Participant(s) if shares are held in dematerialised mode
  • Permanent Account Number, Contact Details (Postal Address, Mobile Number and E-mail, Bank Account Details, Specimen Signature, etc.) with Registrar of the Company by submitting duly filled and signed Form ISR-1 along with requisite supporting documents, if shares are held in physical mode

Dividends shall be processed only in electronic mode and payment of dividend will be subject to deduction of tax at source (TDS) at applicable rates.

Manner of casting vote(s) through e-voting

  • Members will have an opportunity to cast their vote(s) on the business through electronic voting system ("e-voting")
  • The facility for voting through electronic voting system will also be made available at the AGM
  • Details available on company website and stock exchange websites (www.nseindia.com and www.bseindia.com)

Availability of Documents

The notice of AGM and consolidated annual report for financial year 2025-26 will be sent electronically to members whose email addresses are registered with the Company/Registrar & Transfer Agents/Depository Participants. E-copies will also be available on company website www.panamapetro.com and stock exchange websites.
