Panchmahal Steel Limited has submitted a regulatory filing to BSE Limited regarding the fixation of cut-off date for remote e-voting at its upcoming 53rd Annual General Meeting (AGM).
The Board of Directors at their meeting held on 3rd August, 2026 approved and fixed Friday, 18th September, 2026 as the cut-off date to record the entitlement of shareholders to cast their votes electronically. This approval was made in terms of Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014 (as amended) read with Regulation 44 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
The 53rd AGM will be held on Friday, 25th September, 2026 by electronic means under the Companies Act, 2013 and rules made thereunder.
The company will avail remote e-voting services of Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL) with the following calendar of events:
- Cut-off date to record shareholder voting entitlement: Friday, 18th September, 2026
- Commencement of remote e-voting: Tuesday, 22nd September, 2026 from 9:00 a.m.
- End of remote e-voting: Thursday, 24th September, 2026 up to 5:00 p.m.
- Declaration of results by Chairman: On or after 25th September, 2026 (within prescribed statutory time limits)
