Panorama Studios International Limited has executed a Film Distribution Agreement with Shadow Fox Entertainment LLP for the exploitation of theatrical rights of the cinematographic film titled "Ranjheya".
The agreement covers theatrical rights for the entire world including pan India territory. The film is in Punjabi language and features Hardy Sandhu, Simrat Kaur, and Angad Bedi in starring roles. The film is written and directed by Gurjindh Maan.
The disclosure is made pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("SEBI Listing Regulations"), as amended from time to time.
