Panorama Studios International Limited has executed a Licensing Agreement with the Abhishek Nag Project for the syndication of Non Theatrical Rights for the short film titled "Asana Svan". The agreement covers rights for the entire world including India.
The film stars Mukesh S. Bhatt among others and is directed by Abhishek Nag. The disclosure is made pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("SEBI Listing Regulations"), as amended from time to time.
