Panorama Studios executed an exclusive worldwide licensing agreement with Lovely Films for non-theatrical rights to the Hindi film 'Kissa Court Kachehari Ka'.
The disclosure is made pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations as a material event announcement to the stock exchange.
The agreement covers syndication of all non-theatrical rights for the film starring Rajesh Sharma and directed by Rajnish Jaiswal.
