Panorama Studios Signs Out of Syllabus Theatrical MoU

Panorama Studios International Limited has executed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Mr. Sugat Gyaneshwar Waghmare. The subject of the MoU is the exploitation of theatrical rights for the All India Territory of a Marathi language film titled "Out of Syllabus".

The film's cast includes Ajinkya Raoot, Adwayi, Sheshpal Ganvir, Sanika Torskar, and Abhijeet Ramchandra, among others. The film is directed by Naveen Deshboina.

This announcement is made pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (SEBI Listing Regulations), as amended.
