Scrutinizer's Role and Findings

Prakash Kumar Shaw, Practising Company Secretary (ACS - 32895 / CP - 16239) and proprietor of M/s. Prakash Shaw & Co., was appointed as scrutinizer. His responsibilities included scrutinizing the process of remote e-voting and voting through ballot papers during the AGM pursuant to Section 108 & 109 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Rule 20 and 21 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014.

The votes were unblocked on September 30, 2026, around 11:45 AM IST after the completion of the AGM in the presence of two witnesses: Mr. Sujeet Kumar Thakur and Mr. Vikash Shaw, who are not employees of the company.

The scrutinizer confirmed that all resolutions were passed with requisite majority and that the electronic data and e-voting registers would remain in his safe custody until the Chairman approves and signs the minutes.
