Paradeep Phosphates Shareholders Approve Director Appointments

Paradeep Phosphates shareholders approved three special resolutions via postal ballot for director appointments and remuneration.
All resolutions passed with requisite majority; Mr. N Suresh Krishnan's re-appointment received 98% votes in favor.
The e-voting process was conducted from March 28 to April 26, 2026, scrutinized by Shivaram Bhat, Company Secretary.
Total voter participation was 78.96% of outstanding shares, with promoters voting unanimously in favor of all resolutions.
