Paramount Cosmetics (India) Limited has disclosed the completion of a property sale transaction. The company entered into a "Deed of Conveyance" dated August 6, 2026, with Paramount Kum Kum Private Limited for the sale of property situated at Umarsadi, Pardi District, Valsad.
All formalities in connection with the transaction were completed on August 7, 2026. The transaction was duly noted by the Board of Directors at its meeting held on August 12, 2026.
The Special Resolution for entering into this transaction was previously approved by shareholders through an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) held on February 13, 2026.
The disclosure is made to the Corporate Relationship Department of BSE Limited in compliance with materiality guidelines referred to in sub-regulation (4) of regulation (30) and Sub para5 of Para B of PART A of Schedule III.
