Parmax Pharma Reappoints MD Umang Gosalia for 5 Years

Parmax Pharma's board approved the reappointment of Dr. Umang Gosalia as Managing Director for a five-year term starting June 28, 2026.
The reappointment is subject to shareholder approval at an upcoming Annual or Extra-ordinary General Meeting.
Dr. Gosalia, a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry, has been with the company since 2016 and oversees all production activities.
