Parshwanath Corporation Limited has made a disclosure pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The members of the company, at its Annual General Meeting held on 29th August 2026, approved the alteration of the Main Object Clause of the Memorandum of Association (MOA) of the company.

  • Dealing in all kinds of industrial, commercial, consumer, capital goods, items, things, articles, commodities, merchandise, products (finished, semi-finished or raw material) including chemicals, coal and coal products, engineering goods, equipment, apertures, home-appliances, household items, automobiles, chemicals, pigments, colours, paints and varnishes, electrical and electronic goods, computer hardware, software, gift articles, toys, readymade garments, fibers and fabrics, yarn, textile, hosiery goods, foot wares, decorative items, glass and glass products, glass ware, crockery, beverages, minerals, fertilizers, pesticides, drugs, medicines and pharmaceuticals, seeds, food commodities

  • Subject to applicable laws and regulatory approvals

Rationale for Amendment

The alteration is being undertaken to enable the company to expand/diversify its business and to align the Main Object Clause with the company's present and future business plans.

Approving Authority

The amendment was approved by the shareholders by way of a Special Resolution at the Annual General Meeting held on 29th August 2026.
