Pasupati Acrylon Limited has formally intimated the stock exchanges (BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd.) regarding receipt of regulatory approval for capacity expansion of its ethanol plant.
The disclosure is made pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and serves as a continuation to the company's earlier intimation dated May 25, 2026.
The company has received consent from the Excise Department, Uttar Pradesh Government to operate the manufacturing capacity of its ethanol plant at an enhanced capacity of 240 KL (kilo liters) per day, up from the previous approved capacity of 180 KL per day.
