• Pasupati Fincap's board approved a scheme to cancel 44,65,000 equity shares, reducing paid-up capital from ₹4.70 crore to ₹23.50 lakh to set off accumulated losses.
• The company also approved a name change to Harmanshi Appliances Co. Limited, subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals at an EGM on 24th April 2026.
• Mrs. Rakhi Sharma (DIN: 00333120) was appointed as Additional Non-Executive Independent Director for a five-year term effective 26th February 2026.
• A prior EGM on 12th March 2026 failed to obtain requisite majority for the capital reduction scheme, prompting the board to re-present it at the upcoming EGM.
