Patanjali Foods Allots 4,400 ESOP Shares

Patanjali Foods' NRC approved the allotment of 4,400 equity shares to employees upon exercise of vested ESOP options.
The issued share capital increased to ₹217.62 crore from 108.81 crore shares to 108.81 crore shares post-allotment.
The shares were issued at an exercise price of ₹420.75 per share and rank pari passu with existing equity.
The disclosure is made pursuant to Regulation 10(c) of SEBI's Share Based Employee Benefits Regulations.
