Board Meeting Outcomes
The 19th Annual General Meeting of Patel Retail Limited is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, September 23, 2026 at 12:00 P.M. (IST) through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM).
The VC/OAVM facility is being provided by Bigshare Services Pvt Ltd (BIGSHARE).
Remote e-Voting Details
Remote e-Voting will be available during the following period:
- Start date and time: Friday, September 18, 2026 at 9:00 A.M. (IST)
- End date and time: Tuesday, September 22, 2026 at 5:00 P.M. (IST)
The voting rights of Members shall be in proportion to their share in the paid-up Ordinary (equity) Share capital of the Company as on Wednesday, September 16, 2026 (Cut-Off Date).
Members will be provided with the facility for remote e-Voting during the VC/OAVM proceeding at the AGM. Members who have cast their votes prior to the AGM will be eligible to participate but not entitled to cast their votes again.
