Patel Retail Limited has finalized two new locations for upcoming retail stores:
- Ghoti, Nashik District, Maharashtra
- Mangaon/Mahad, Raigad District, Maharashtra
The Ghoti location marks the company's entry into Nashik district, expanding its geographical retail presence to four districts in Maharashtra: Thane, Raigad, Palghar, and Nashik.
This expansion represents a step in the company's efforts to expand its retail footprint and strengthen its presence across additional markets in Maharashtra.
The stores are proposed to be operationalized subject to completion of necessary formalities, fit-outs, and other applicable requirements.
The disclosure is made pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
