Paul Merchants Limited has submitted a regulatory disclosure to BSE Limited regarding changes in authorization of Key Managerial Personnel for determining materiality of events and making disclosures to stock exchanges.
The disclosure is made pursuant to Regulation 30(5) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
The change was necessitated by the resignation of Ms. Sakshi (PAN: EQFPS7178A), who previously served as Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company.
The Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held on August 12, 2026, has designated Mr. Sushil Jindal, Chief Financial Officer, as a Key Managerial Personnel of the Company. This designation is in addition to the existing designated Key Managerial Personnel, Mr. Hardam Singh, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer.
Both officers are now authorized for determining materiality of events or information and for making disclosures of material events or information to the Stock Exchange under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations.
