The voice agent captures key business data (website, expected revenue, category) to accelerate verification, improve lead qualification, and reduce drop‑offs.
PayU plans to extend the Voice AI to other touchpoints such as KYC recovery, activation, product requests, cross‑sell, and add language support.
The platform serves over 450,000 merchants, is regulated by the RBI, and has Prosus as an investor.
