PBM Polytex Ltd. has submitted a disclosure to BSE Limited under SEBI Listing Regulations, Regulation 30.

The disclosure pertains to the publication of newspaper notices concerning the transfer of unclaimed equity shares to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF).

The notices were published on 06.06.2026 in two newspapers: "The Financial Express – English Edition" and "The Financial Express – Gujarati Edition".

The purpose of the notices is to alert equity shareholders to claim their unpaid and unclaimed dividends for the Financial Year 2018-19 and all subsequent dividends declared by the Company.
