PBM Polytex Re-appoints Mohan Patodia as MD

PBM Polytex Ltd. has intimated the Bombay Stock Exchange about the re-appointment of Mr. Mohan Kumar Patodia (DIN: 00035381) as Managing Director of the Company.

The Board of Directors approved this re-appointment at its meeting held on Thursday, 13th August, 2026. The re-appointment is for a further term of three years from 1st April 2027 to 31st March, 2030. This appointment is subject to approval by shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.

Background and Reason for Change

The Members of the Company at the 103rd AGM held on 25.09.2023 had previously approved Mr. Patodia's re-appointment as Managing Director for a term of 3 consecutive years from 01.04.2024 to 31.03.2027. Being eligible for re-appointment, the Board has now recommended his re-appointment for another term.
