PCBL Chemical Limited has disclosed the incorporation of a new wholly-owned subsidiary through its existing subsidiary Nanovace Technologies Limited. The new entity, Nanovace Advanced Materials Limited, was incorporated on 9th October, 2026, with the Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India (CIN: U20119WB2026PLC289847).
The incorporation is strategically aligned with the company's focus on advanced battery materials and next-generation energy storage technologies. The new subsidiary will specifically focus on applications across multiple sectors including electric vehicles (EVs), battery manufacturing, consumer electronics, defence, aviation and aerospace, power tools, energy storage systems (ESS), and other related industrial and technological sectors.
The disclosure was made through a formal letter to the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd and BSE Limited, signed by Ravi Varma, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of PCBL Chemical Limited, on 10th October, 2026.
