Pee Cee Cosma Sope Ltd incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary, Pee Cee Energy and Reality Limited, on March 27, 2026.
The new subsidiary has authorised capital of ₹15 lakh and paid-up capital of ₹5 lakh, engaged in energy, realty, and infra trading.
Disclosure filed under Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR, 2015, with 100% subscription to initial paid-up share capital in cash by the parent.
