Pennar Industries Non-Executive Director P V Rao Resigns

Mr. P V Rao resigned as Non-Executive Non-Independent Director of Pennar Industries effective 11th April 2026 due to personal circumstances.
The resignation was disclosed via a regulatory filing to BSE and NSE in compliance with SEBI LODR Regulation 30.
Mr. Rao had a long association with the Pennar Group, previously serving as Joint Managing Director until early 2021.
The company confirmed no other material reasons for resignation and will make necessary filings with the Registrar of Companies.
