The AGM is scheduled to be held on 26th September 2026 at 3:00 PM.
The meeting will be conducted through video conference/other audio-visual means. This mode of conducting the meeting is in accordance with the relevant circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).
