Permanent Magnets Limited has submitted a regulatory disclosure pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
The company's wholly owned subsidiary, Quantum Magnetics Private Limited (QMPL), has received approval under the Electronics Component Manufacturing Scheme (ECMS) for manufacturing Neodymium Magnets (Rare Earth Elements).
This approval represents a significant milestone for QMPL and aligns with the strategic objective of developing a domestic manufacturing ecosystem for Rare Earth Permanent Magnets (NdFeB).
The company acknowledged the support extended by the Government of India and the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) in obtaining this approval.
