French spirits group Pernod Ricard has initiated preparations for an initial public offering of its Indian subsidiary, Pernod Ricard India Pvt Ltd.
The IPO planning is being handled with investment bank Goldman Sachs and law firm Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, per Bloomberg sources.
