Pershing Square Raises $5bn in US IPO

Pershing Square USA raised about $5 billion gross through a combined IPO and share placement in the United States.
The fund will list on the NYSE under ticker PSUS, while its management company Pershing Square Inc will trade as PS.
The IPO, the largest ever for a closed‑ended fund, was oversubscribed with over 85% of orders from institutional investors.
Pershing Square Holdings, listed in London, has risen nearly 53% over the past five years, highlighting strong performance.
