Persistent Systems Limited has confirmed that as of September 17, 2026, upon expiry of the acceptance period, the offer condition set out in section 12.1.1 (Minimum Acceptance Threshold) of the Offer Document for the Public Takeover Offer to the shareholders of Nagarro SE has been fulfilled.
This announcement serves as an update to the company's previous intimation bearing reference no. NSE & BSE / 2026-27 / 105 dated August 6, 2026, regarding the Press Release titled 'Acceptance Period Commences: Persistent Publishes Public Takeover Offer for all Nagarro Shares'.
The fulfillment of the minimum acceptance threshold condition represents a critical milestone in the public takeover process of Nagarro SE by Persistent Systems Limited.
