Persistent Systems NCLT Approves Arrka Infosec Merger

NCLT Mumbai sanctioned the merger of wholly-owned subsidiary Arrka Infosec with Persistent Systems, effective April 1, 2025.
No shares will be issued as consideration; Arrka's capital will be cancelled upon merger completion.
The order protects the Income Tax Department's rights to examine potential tax avoidance post-merger.
