Petronet LNG intimates BSE and NSE of a postal ballot to seek shareholder approval for the appointment of Shri Deepak Gupta as a Nominee Director.
The e-voting period is scheduled from May 8, 2026, to June 6, 2026, with results to be announced by June 9, 2026.
The notice is being sent electronically to members whose email addresses are registered as of the cut-off date of May 1, 2026.
Shri Deepak Gupta, Chairman & MD of GAIL, was appointed as an Additional Director by the board on March 18, 2026, and requires shareholder ratification.
