Dividend Declaration or Non-Declaration

  • Compulsory transfer of unclaimed/unpaid Final Dividend for Financial Year 2018-19 to Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF)
  • Compulsory transfer of unclaimed/unpaid Special Interim Dividend for Financial Year 2019-20 to IEPF
  • Equity shares of the company relating to such unclaimed dividends will also be transferred to IEPF
  • Transfer is being done pursuant to Section 124(5) of the Companies Act, 2013 and IEPF Rules, 2016
  • Separate communication has been sent to shareholders who have not encashed these dividends
  • After transfer to IEPF, no claim shall lie against the company for these amounts and shares
  • Shareholders can claim refunds from IEPF Authority by visiting www.iepf.gov.in

Other Operational / Legal / Strategic Disclosures

Special Window for Physical Shares:

  • Special window opened for re-lodgement of transfer and dematerialization requests of physical shares
  • Available for requests previously rejected/returned/not attended due to documentation or process deficiencies
  • Securities transferred through this window must be credited to transferee's demat account
  • Transferred securities will remain in lock-in period for one year from date of transfer registration
  • Lodgement requires legally valid and complete documents with no ownership disputes
  • Securities already transferred to IEPF cannot be transferred under this window
  • Investors may submit requests until February 04, 2027 with Registrar & Share Transfer Agent (RTA)
  • Investors must have a demat account and provide necessary documents as per SEBI circular

Saksham Niveshak Campaign:

  • Second 100 days campaign running from April 1, 2026 to July 9, 2026
  • Focus on KYC and related updation and shareholder engagement
  • Aims to prevent transfer of unpaid/unclaimed dividends to IEPF
  • Company urges shareholders to update KYC records and claim unpaid/unclaimed dividends
  • Shareholders should avoid statutory transfer of unpaid dividend and/or shares to IEPF

Shareholder Communications

  • Shareholders requested to submit requisite documents to Company's Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA) to claim unclaimed dividend amount
