PFC Consulting Limited incorporated four new wholly-owned SPV subsidiaries to develop specific power transmission projects across India.
The SPVs were formed to handle preparatory work like land acquisition and forest clearances for transmission schemes in Rajasthan and Karnataka.
Each SPV corresponds to a specific transmission project awarded to PFCCL as Bid Process Coordinator by state governments.
The SPVs will be transferred to the successful bidder selected through tariff-based competitive bidding upon project completion.
