PFC Consulting Ltd incorporates Pune West Power Transmission Ltd as a wholly-owned SPV subsidiary for a transmission project.
The SPV will handle preparatory activities like land acquisition and forest clearance for a 765 kV GIS project in Pune.
The SPV will be transferred to the successful bidder selected through a tariff-based competitive bidding process.
The incorporation follows a Maharashtra Government resolution appointing PFCCL as Bid Process Coordinator for the project.
