Power Finance Corporation's indirect subsidiary Wagdari Transmission Limited was transferred to KCC Buildcon Private Limited on 27th March 2026.
The consideration received for the transfer is ₹4,41,10,826 (~₹4.41 crore) as per the Share Purchase Agreement.
The transaction is not a related party transaction, not a slump sale, and the revenue contribution of the SPV was negligible.
