Power Finance Corporation's subsidiary South Kalamb Power Transmission Limited has been transferred to Adani Energy Solutions Limited on 30 March 2026.
The sale consideration stands at ₹12.53 crore as per the Share Purchase Agreement; the SPV's revenue contribution was negligible.
The transaction is not a related party transaction, not a slump sale, and pricing follows Ministry of Power guidelines.
