Key Dates and Events

  • The 75th Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday, July 28, 2026, at 3:00 PM IST through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM).
  • The Notice of the AGM and the Annual Report were sent electronically to shareholders with registered email addresses on Monday, July 6, 2026.
  • For shareholders whose email addresses are not registered, the company provided a weblink (https://www.pfizerltd.co.in/files/PfizerLimited-AnnualReportFY2026.pdf) to access the Annual Report.
  • The Annual Report is also available on the websites of BSE (www.bseindia.com), NSE (www.nseindia.com), and the e-voting portal of KFin Technologies Limited (https://evoting.kfintech.com).

Dividend Declaration

  • The Board has recommended a final dividend of ₹75 per equity share.
  • The record date for determining entitlement to the final dividend is July 17, 2026.
  • The dividend will be paid on or after August 4, 2026.

E-Voting and AGM Participation Details

  • The cut-off date for e-voting and participation in the AGM is July 21, 2026.
  • Remote e-voting will commence on July 24, 2026, at 9:00 AM IST and end on July 27, 2026, at 5:00 PM IST.
  • Registration of email ID and mobile number is mandatory for electronic voting and joining the virtual meeting.
  • Detailed procedures for remote e-voting, speaker registration, query submission, and joining the AGM are provided in Note nos. 21–28 of the AGM Notice.

  • Shareholders holding shares in dematerialized form are requested to update their email address, mobile number, PAN, bank details, and postal address with their Depository Participant(s).
