PFL Infotech Limited has intimated the Bombay Stock Exchange regarding the book closure and cut-off dates for its 39th Annual General Meeting (AGM).
The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Monday, 21st September, 2026 to Friday, 25th September, 2026 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of the AGM.
The 39th Annual General Meeting is scheduled to be held on Saturday, 26th September, 2026 at 4:00 P.M. (IST) through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM).
Saturday, 19th September, 2026 has been designated as the Cut-off Date for determining the eligibility of members to vote electronically in connection with the AGM.
The remote e-voting facility will commence on Wednesday, 23rd September, 2026 at 9:00 A.M. (IST) and will end on Friday, 25th September, 2026 at 5:00 P.M. (IST).
Members whose names appear in the Register of Members / List of Beneficial Owners as on the Cut-off Date (September 19, 2026) shall be entitled to avail the facility of remote e-voting.
