The Board of Directors of PTC India Financial Services Limited has approved the extension of tenure of Shri Devesh Singh as Chief Risk Officer (CRO) of the Company for a further period of two years with effect from 26th June 2026.

Management Role Status

Shri Devesh Singh shall continue to hold the positions of Key Managerial Personnel and Senior Managerial Personnel of the Company following this extension.

Executive Background

Shri Devesh Singh is a seasoned financial services professional with over 22 years of experience across corporate banking, treasury and risk management. He brings expertise in banking, risk management, and strategic business development, with 17 years of service within the PTC Group.

He began his career in corporate banking with IDBI Bank, followed by roles in risk analytics at GE Capital (via Genpact) and credit & marketing at Standard Chartered Bank. These early experiences helped him build a strong foundation in financial analysis, relationship management and structured lending.

Since joining PTC India Ltd. in June 2007, Shri Devesh has played a key role in strengthening the Group's credit and risk capabilities. Over time, he has held responsibilities spanning banking & treasury, credit appraisal, business development, and risk management.

He joined PTC India Financial Services Ltd. (PFS) on 3 October 2011 and has been instrumental in institutionalizing risk practices, including implementation of internal rating models, development of risk policies, and strengthening governance frameworks.

Tenure History

Shri Devesh Singh was initially appointed as Chief Risk Officer of the Company in 2019 for a 2-year term (2019-2021). He was subsequently re-appointed for a 5-year term effective 26th June 2021.
