The subsidiary was divested by material subsidiary Adita Bio Sys Pvt Ltd for a consideration of ₹3,00,000.
Siri Labvivo contributed only 0.73% to consolidated revenue and had a negative net worth contribution of (1.62%) as of March 31, 2025.
